Our Teen Social Skills Group provides a supportive, structured environment where adolescents can build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and navigate social situations with greater ease. Led by a qualified clinician experienced in adolescent development, this group helps teens practice real-life skills in a safe, encouraging space.
Participants will learn and practice:
Effective communication (verbal + nonverbal)
Understanding social cues and body language
Managing anxiety in social settings
Building and maintaining friendships
Problem-solving and conflict resolution
Healthy boundary-setting and self-advocacy
Each session includes interactive activities, role-playing, group discussion, and guided skill practice. This group is ideal for teens who:
Experience social anxiety or shyness
