Marissa Campbell, LCSW is the original founder of the practice and holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CT and specializes in working with children, adolescents, families, and acute populations. Marissa has experience working with high acuity individuals through crisis intervention, mobile crisis, intensive outpatient programming, and in outpatient therapy. Mental health and healing is a passion of hers and she uses CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing as a few examples of modalities in practice. Marissa creates a therapeutic environment that aims to provide patients with new self-insights, personal resilience in the wake of crisis, and awakening to new perspectives to enjoy a more meaningful lived experience. In addition to her clinical work, Marissa is a Reiki Master and Integrated Energy Therapist When Marissa isn’t working with clients she enjoys time with her three beautiful children and two spunky cats.

Austin Macchiaroli, RYT, HYPis a registered yoga teacher, certified hypnotist, and reiki practitioner with a passion for helping people shift perspectives, break old patterns, and build sustainable, healthy habits. Inspired by her own journey of healing and self-discovery, Austin blends mind-body practices with compassionate guidance to support deep transformation.

Currently pursuing a degree in social work, she brings a thoughtful, evolving approach to her work—bridging intuitive healing with evidence-informed care. At Inner Health and Healing, Austin continues to expand her offerings, creating accessible and meaningful experiences for individuals seeking real change.

When she’s not working with clients, Austin can be found chasing joy (and a little bit of calm) with her three wild and wonderful daughters.

Emma Ragusa, LMSW is a licensed master’s social worker in the state of Connecticut. She attended New York University for her undergraduate degree where she studied Child and Adolescent Mental Health studies, inspiring her love of working with others. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College in 2023. Emma’s experience lies mainly in school settings, both public and therapeutic, and she has done group and individual counseling with children, youth, and families. Emma has experience with various diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, OCD, and mood disorders. Some of the modalities she uses in her work are CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. Emma’s approach is gentle and relationally based, with a focus on the development of her clients’ self-determination and confidence, as well as coping, interpersonal, and self-regulation skills. When she is not working, Emma enjoys reading, singing, and spending time with her spirited dog, Harriet. 

Bria Brown, LMSW received a master’s degree in social work from Fordham University and is licensed in the state of Connecticut. She has experience working in intensive outpatient programing, outpatient therapy, and crisis intervention. She specializes in working with diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. Bria uses CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma informed intervention, and person-centered approach as modalities. Her warm demeanor and gentle nature helps support clients in becoming the best versions of themselves. When Bria is not working she enjoys binge watching her favorite television shows.

Stephanie Aguayo, LMSW earned her social work degree from The University of Michigan in 2021. She specializes in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and is passionate about fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions.

Stephanie draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to create personalized plans for each client’s unique needs and goals. Her past experience includes working with individuals facing domestic violence, which deepened her understanding of resilience and the importance of empowerment. She is bilingual in Spanish and committed to serving diverse communities.

Outside of work, Stephanie is an avid runner, using the practice as a way to manage stress and maintain balance in her life. She is currently training for multiple races. She also makes it a goal to visit a new country every year, a tradition that inspires her love for connecting with diverse cultures and perspectives.

Heather Repko-Moses, LPCA is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Connecticut with a background in health promotion and mental health. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Community Health and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Connecticut State University. Her experience includes community health outreach as well as providing outpatient therapy in both community clinics and private practice.

Heather helps clients uncover and heal the deeper patterns that keep them feeling stuck. With an intuitive, insight-oriented approach, Heather supports individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, depression, perinatal/women’s health, and life transitions. She blends mindfulness, ACT, CBT , DBT, somatic therapy, narrative therapy, and evidence-based techniques to guide clients toward clarity, confidence, and lasting change. Heathercreates a safe, connected space where your story is honored, healing can unfold, and hope can take root. Heather is also certified in Reiki Levels I and II and trained in somatic-based practices, which she uses as supportive body-based tools for healing and increasing mind-body connection.

Outside of her work, Heather enjoys reading, hiking, attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with her two playful cats.

Jennifer Boulette, LMSW is a therapist with extensive experience working with children and families.  She is certified in CBT-trauma focus and crisis counseling.  In addition, Jen has decades of experience working with all ages of individuals on the autism spectrum including those with co-occurring psychiatric diagnoses (OCD, schizophrenia, body dysmorphia).  She has extensive experience with expressive arts therapy and narrative therapy.  In her spare time, Jen likes to cuddle with her three dogs and cat, spend time with her young adult daughter, write poetry, read and exercise.
