    A supportive space to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner calm. We'll begin with simple, accessible movement to release tension and build awareness, then settle into meditation to cultivate stillness and clarity.

    No experience, special clothing, or equipment needed—just come as you are.

Description:
If you've felt disconnected from your body—whether due to stress, trauma, chronic illness, or the stress of life—this workshop is for you. Through the healing practices of yoga and hypnosis, you’ll be guided back into gentle relationship with your physical self.

This 2-hour experience will support you to:
