Virtual Yoga

  • Monday Night 5pm

    Using traditional yoga postures and flows we will explore ways to safely align and expand our practice. We will work on building strength and body awareness. This and all classes at Inner Health and Healing are suitable for people of all abilities and experiences.

  • Wednesday Morning 6am

    This class will incorporate all the traditional elements of yoga. You can expect yoga postures and sequences with a focus on energizing and strengthening our mind and body. This and all classes at Inner Health and Healing are suitable for people of all abilities and experiences.

  • Friday Night 8pm

    This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement, breath work, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness, and quieting of the nervous system. We will focus on facilitating a peaceful transition to rest at the end of our day/week. This and all classes at Inner Health and Healing are suitable for people of all abilities and experiences.

  • Sunday Morning 9am

    This class will incorporate the traditional elements of yoga. using traditional yoga sequences we will explore linking our breath with our movements with a focus on alignment of postures and ways to safely build your yoga practice. This and all classes at Inner Health and Healing are suitable for people of all abilities and experiences.
